Baptism:                          

Baptism is an outward expression of an inward reality.  People who wish to be baptized are aware that something has happened to them spiritually; that they have had a spiritual rebirth.  It is a public confession to the personal connection to Jesus Christ.  Life is no longer about what I want, but rather, what God wants to do with my life.  Here at Harvest, we recognize baptizing by sprinkling, pouring or immersion.  Baptisms in our outdoor baptismal are scheduled from May until September of each year.  Sprinking or pouring is available throughout the year in our Worship Center.

“Remembering your baptism” is for people who have been baptized before (perhaps as an infant) and would like to publicly remember their life-commitment to Christ. You can “remember your baptism” by using one of the three methods above. If this applies to you, please be sure and let us know.

Our next "outdoor baptisms" will be held on May 8th and June 19th and will immediately follow our Saturday night service.  For those of you participating in this event there is plenty of room on the Plaza, so be sure to invite your family and friends to join you for church that day so they can be a part of your celebration or it can be viewed by live video feed in the Worship Center. Your Certificate of Baptism will be prepared AFTER the celebration, and you can pick it up from the Information Kiosk the weekend following your baptism.
