I believe in coaching! My first coach was Dave Page. Harvest had 0 members and I was just a scared kid with a dream. Dave helped me develop skills to shape that dream into a reality. He also challenged me as a pastor, husband and father to stay close to Jesus and keep first things first. His influence was so great, in fact, that for much of my career I've made it a point to have a coach in my life to keep skills sharp and the focus on Christ.

In this 5-month network you'll receive practical tools for best practices in preaching, stewardship, discipleship, personal life balance, as well as structure and strategies for growth and membership care.
In addition, we'll build friendships!
